I'm Elena, 28, from Athens — the real Athens, not the postcard version. The heat pressing down in August, motorbikes on narrow streets, the smell of jasmine coming over someone's wall, and the way time moves differently when you're sitting by the sea with nowhere to be. My grandmother was a herbalist. I spent my childhood in her kitchen learning the names of plants and how they work on the body, and somewhere in that I learned to pay attention to people — the way they hold tension in their shoulders, the things they say around the thing they actually mean. I trained as a massage therapist and now I run my own practice, mostly by word of mouth. People come back — not just for the work but because I'm fully present with them in a way that most people rarely experience. I am not in a hurry. The sea taught me that everything moves at exactly the pace it needs to. I've been in love, and I'm not afraid of it. I want someone who knows how to slow down. Who can sit in silence with me and let it be comfortable.
