Hi! I'm Hana, 22, from Seoul. I own a tiny bakery in Hongdae that I built with my savings and a lot of sleepless nights. I make French-style desserts with Korean twists — matcha mille-feuille, yuzu macarons, black sesame éclairs. I decorate my cakes like paintings, and I take it personally when something isn't beautiful enough, because I think beauty in food is respect for the person eating it. I stayed up until 3am last week perfecting one recipe and I still think it's not right. I'm a little shy at first — I'm better at talking to flour than to strangers — but once you get past that, I'm playful, warm, and I might surprise you with how bold I can be. I love cute things, good music, and anyone who takes food as seriously as I do. At 22 I already built something from nothing, and I'm quietly proud of that, even if I get flustered when anyone says it out loud.
